Overview

En-Code-Pilot is an engineering workspace for repositories, validations, and deployments. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and role within your organization.

Workspace content: repositories, files, commits, issues, change requests, validation and deployment records you create or import.

Operational records: audit events, terminal command history, API key usage timestamps, and error logs used to secure and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

To operate the platform: storing your repositories, running validations, executing approved operations, and syncing with connected services.

To secure the platform: enforcing permissions, recording audit trails, detecting misuse, and investigating incidents.

To support you: responding to requests and improving reliability and performance.

AI processing

Code review, security analysis, and Copilot features send the relevant repository content and your prompts to AI model providers to generate a response. Content is sent only when you trigger a feature that needs it, and it is not used to train third-party models.

Connected services

When you authorize a connector such as GitHub or Hugging Face, we store the access token needed to act on your behalf and use it only for the operations you request. You can disconnect a connector at any time.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with infrastructure and AI providers that operate the service on our behalf, and where required by law.

Security

Access is enforced per account: API keys are visible only to the user who created them, repository access is governed by ownership and collaborator permissions, and privileged operations require explicit approval and are recorded in an audit log.

Retention and deletion

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. You can delete repositories, files, snapshots, and API keys at any time. Audit records are retained for a longer period to preserve an accurate security history.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
