Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using En-Code-Pilot, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity performed with them. Notify us promptly if a key or account is compromised, and revoke exposed keys immediately.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store or distribute malicious code, infringe intellectual property, attempt to bypass access controls or approval gates, or interfere with the platform's operation or other users' workspaces.
Your content
You retain ownership of the repositories, code, and other content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to provide the service.
Automated operations and approvals
Some features execute commands, apply fixes, merge changes, or deploy code. Mutating operations require explicit approval and are recorded in the audit log. You remain responsible for the changes you approve and for reviewing their results.
Third-party services
Connected services such as GitHub and Hugging Face are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance that can cause temporary interruptions.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Automated reviews, validations, and security scans are aids, not guarantees, and do not replace your own testing and judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for conduct that puts the platform or other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
